It’s my same voice with more depth and a new name that matches what this space has really been about all along: real strategy, emotional range, and clarity that actually sticks.
It’s a rebrand that reflects how I think, how I work, and what we’re building here online and offline.

EVOLVING THE OPERATORS EDGE INTO REFRAMED: A WHOLE NEW EXPERIENCE
Here’s what’s new inside Reframed.
You’ll notice three major changes here:
A new name: Reframed by Ashley R. reflects what this space has always been—a place to process, recalibrate, and grow in public.
A new look: Clean typography. New colors. Editorial minimalism. A unique mark that incorporates my initials. I was inspired by the simplicity of luxury brands like Celine, The Row, Loewe, Prada. The visual identity is intentionally designed to reflect how I move as a coach.
A new rhythm: You’ll now hear from me a little more frequently!
→ Mondays: stay the same: storytelling, insight, and big ideas.
→ 2 Thursdays/month *NEW*: curated links and insights pulled from my coaching practice and what’s happening online.
I refreshed my entire archive of 60 posts. 70,000+ words. The experience is fresh and reflects where we’re at right now. It’s an evolution!
STORY TIME: THE WHY BEHIND MY REBRAND →
My mantra for this newsletter has always been: teach, don’t preach.
I write through what I’m learning, what I’m unlearning, and what I’m seeing in real time, so that you can apply it to your own growth too. And you told me it resonated.
So today, this newsletter is becoming something more expansive, more honest, and more me.
I rebranded because it was time to evolve. And if you’ve ever looked around and thought, I’ve outgrown the way I’ve been operating—you get it.
My hope is that this space gives you the clarity you need to work through that feeling.
You don’t have to explain yourself here. You just have to be willing to see things differently.
That’s why I chose the name: Reframed.

A deeper look at the inspo behind the new visual brand.
I knew I wanted to change the visual identity as part of the launch of Reframed. We live in a world where what you see matters. It shapes what you remember, what you feel, and how deeply an idea stays with you. That’s why I wanted the visual world of Reframed to do more than look good—I wanted it to mean something.
I worked with
to shape the visual identity here. We landed on something layered and minimal, with a distinct mark, clean typography, and a color story rooted in softness and depth. Every element was chosen to reflect how I move: intentional, expansive, and designed to leave an impact.When I was younger I loved magazines (and I still do!). I used to flip through Essence Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, O Magazine, AD, and Condé Nast Traveler like they were treasure maps.
The elegance.
The depth.
The pause between the pages that made you wonder, what’s next?
I love magazine covers.
I also love the Editor’s Notes, the spreads, & editorials.
Sometimes I saw myself in those pages. Sometimes I didn’t and that part stuck with me too. That informed the inspiration for this space.

For so long, professional development content didn’t hold that same kind of wonder. It felt flat. Too stiff. Too tailored to someone else’s experience. I didn’t see myself—my ambition, my contradictions, my edge and my softness—reflected in those templates or in those voices.
That’s why I started The Operator’s Edge. It was my first attempt at articulating something I hadn’t yet seen done well: talking about professional growth with taste and highlighting stories of leadership with emotional range without the “woo woo”.
So now, Reframed is simply the next chapter of that same story.
More voice. More vision. More me.
