I've learned to speak a little at a time so that way my voice doesn't grow shakey. Today I'm able to confidently share my beliefs vocally. It takes times, but you'll get there with the proper protocol!

Same. And I still have to remind myself! Because the impact of being misunderstood and underestimated is very real.
Ugh the stop explaining your wins is so hard. I also struggle to take credit - I default to “it’s a team”
