I'm Back + An Announcement!
Announcing the launch of The Impactful Conversations podcast and why I believe conversations—not ideas—are what drive real change.
Welcome to this week’s edition of Reframed by Ashley R. I write for high achieving professionals who rarely get the space to think through what they want next or how to lead in a way that actually works for them.
I'm Ashley Rudolph—a former tech executive turned coach for leaders and next-gen execs in the creative, tech, and lifestyle industries.
Hello everyone! Nice to see you (again 😊).
What if I told you that the real catalyst for change isn't a shiny new idea — but the conversations that turn those ideas into action? It's a hot take, but after coaching countless leaders, I've seen this play out over and over.
Before I get deeper into that, I have a few updates!
Back in the Spring, I intentionally entered a season of saying yes to every opportunity that came my way professionally and….you guessed it, I got bitten by the “busy” bug. Since taking a pause from posting in April, I’ve been deep in my coaching and consulting work. I’ve supported a slew of new clients, traveled, celebrated my birthday, was featured in Inc., facilitated a leadership retreat in Haiti for the Rhum Barbancourt team, and now—I’m excited to announce the launch of my new podcast.
As I mentioned earlier, ideas alone don’t change the world—conversations do. I see it every day in my coaching practice. We all have ideas about how work, life, and even relationships should work. When it all comes down to it, it’s through dialogue that we take those ideas and turn them into action, and that’s exactly what The Impactful Conversations Effect podcast is about.
I launched this podcast in partnership with my good friend and co-host
. We recorded this first season over the summer. We had the opportunity to talk to 5 incredible individuals, from a sustainability leader, a DEI expert, a coach that helps female athletes transition from sports to the next phase in their careers, a former nurse who uses her background in medicine as a coach, and a well-known author, journalist, and podcaster.Throughout my career—from facilitating leadership retreats to my deep dive coaching sessions with middle managers and c-level executives—I’ve seen firsthand how one conversation can lead to real transformation. The Impactful Conversations Effect is not just another podcast—it’s a space where we go deep on the life changing conversations that led our guests to where they are today. And we have fun while doing it. Listen for insights and for some laughs too.
