Welcome to this week’s edition of Reframed by Ashley R.! I write for high achieving professionals who rarely get the space to think through what they want next or how to lead in a way that actually works for them.
I'm Ashley Rudolph—a former tech executive turned coach for leaders and next-gen execs in the creative, tech, and lifestyle industries.
This week’s post is light because I’m sick. I wanted to power through (toxic patterns!) but luckily, my body wouldn’t let me so I’m resting. Rest means no *new* content this week. It also means fewer meetings and fewer activities that require my mental, physical, and emotional bandwidth. “Less” is what I need right now. I could’ve skipped a week, but I’m a fan of transparency and sharing what’s going on in my life.
This week, I thought it’d be a great idea to take a look back on what I’ve written since launching this newsletter back in October. This newsletter was born out of a promise to myself to write and publish one post a week about topics that I’m passionate about. It’s been 10 weeks since I made that promise to myself; I’ve published 9 posts (including this one) so far and I’m proud of myself 👏 For the record, the one week I skipped was Thanksgiving week.
Here’s a look back at some of what I’ve written to date:
My most popular posts:
My best advice for operators: 5 essential skills for operators
My evergreen advice for making 2024 your best year yet: Let’s talk about luck
Now, it’s time to get back to resting.
If you’re curious, I’ll be streaming the following shows/movies until I’m fully recovered: Home Alone 2, A Chestnut Family Christmas, the holiday episodes of Gossip Girl, the holiday scenes from the SATC (Sex and the City) film, Last Christmas, Love Actually, and Last Holiday.
Good luck! See you next week.
