Enjoying your Summer TBR list! Have you read any of Sunny Hostin's beach reads? I loved Summer on the Bluffs, & there are 2 more in the series on my list. I'm an EH fan but didn't love 5-star wkd as much as her older titles.
I was too, I didn’t realize she also wrote novels!
My opinion is 5-star isn’t a quintessential EH. I enjoyed Barefoot & The Rumor much more. Summer of ‘69 kind of led me to Sunny Hostin & I’ve heard 28 Summers by EH is very good.
Great advice, we all need to shutdown now and again. But this old guy reaching retirement would suggest that we make time for family, my kids and grandkids mean far more than my work.
LOVE the pool photo, so aesthetic. Such a great reminder that fun is important! Glad you are relaxing after churning out so much amazing content the last several months!
Thank you Anna ❤️ I was looking at my drafts and felt more of a pull towards summertime (and fun!!) this week. Honestly, it’s just as important. Do you have fun summer plans?

Ooohhhh I have not! Intrigued by Sunny. Adding Summer on the Bluffs.
So 5 Star Weekend was my first and only EH book, so you’re saying it only goes up from here?! 😂 love these reccs Emily!

Yes!! That's a great call out Steve on making time for family. That's so important.
Such a nice reminder to take time to recharge this summer! Glad you're savoring it.
