Of course! I have also been in the pointing out problems seat - so I totally get it!! When people have challenged that mindset in the past, I've interpreted as "okay so all you want are yes people" and sometimes yes, that is what they want (lol) but the other part I didn't realize was that complaining can keep you stuck in inaction and out of "solution mode".
