Choice architecture is a great option! I didn't realize that is something I do when working with clients. Thankfully I didn't have many nightmare clients but providing options led to faster resolutions and decision making. **the added bonus is the confidence in myself.

Yes!! It simplifies things so much. Ultimately, why create more headaches for yourself in a dynamic that's not great in the first place?

Great post Ashley. Treating difficult dynamics as a systems issue rather than a personality issue is a powerful practical shift. Limiting options and protecting political capital are high-leverage moves. Well said.
