Thank you Holly! Writing this made me think about the fact that they’re not patterns that people surface/articulate often because it looks like high performance (and it is - until it’s not). There’s so much nuance.

IT IS!!! And the wild part is that it’s not something you solve once and never face again. You might master it at one level, then have to revisit it at the next. It keeps showing up, just in new forms. You can do it though :)
