IT IS!!! And the wild part is that itβs not something you solve once and never face again. You might master it at one level, then have to revisit it at the next. It keeps showing up, just in new forms. You can do it though :)

Absolutely! It's hard to spot potentially destructive patterns that are rewarded or that feel like productivity.
#5 in particular is huge!! I definitely have to keep myself accountable on this one, itβs hard
